1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a jurisdiction where real-money skill gaming is permitted. The Platform is not available in Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Sikkim, Nagaland, and Meghalaya.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Games of skill
Gold Rummy offers skill-based card games. Outcomes depend predominantly on skill. No outcome is guaranteed.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are processed through third-party payment partners. Withdrawals may require KYC verification and are subject to applicable limits and processing times.
5. Prohibited conduct
Cheating, collusion, use of bots, multi-accounting, and any attempt to manipulate results are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
6. Responsible play
The Platform provides tools for deposit limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. Use them if needed. Gaming involves financial risk and may be addictive.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Rummy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
