Fair Play Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026

Fair play is the foundation of Gold Rummy. This policy explains how we protect game integrity and what happens when it is violated.

1. Certified random number generation

Every shuffle and deal is generated by an independently audited random number generator (RNG). The RNG is tested to confirm that card distribution is unpredictable and free of bias toward any player.

2. Anti-collusion monitoring

We continuously analyse gameplay patterns, including seating history, chip transfers, and betting behaviour, to detect signs of players working together against the table. Suspicious patterns trigger a manual review.

3. Multiple accounts policy

Each player may hold only one Gold Rummy account. Creating multiple accounts, whether to claim repeated bonuses or to gain a table advantage, is a violation of our Terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

4. Bots and automation

Use of bots, scripts, or third-party automation tools to play on your behalf is strictly prohibited. Our systems monitor for non-human play patterns and response timing consistent with automation.

5. Reporting suspicious activity

If you suspect collusion, a bot, or any unfair practice at your table, report it to support@goldrummy.pages.dev with the table ID and approximate time. Our trust and safety team reviews every report.

6. Enforcement

Confirmed violations can result in a warning, temporary suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of winnings associated with the violation, depending on severity.

7. Independent audits

Our RNG and game logic are subject to periodic independent testing to confirm continued fairness and compliance with applicable gaming standards.
