1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any part of the Gold Rummy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Fair Play Policy, and our Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or play cash games.
• You must be a resident of a state or union territory where skill-based real-money card games are permitted.
• Gold Rummy's real-money tables are not available in Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Sikkim, Nagaland, and Meghalaya, or any other jurisdiction where such games are restricted by law.
• You may hold only one account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be suspended.

3. Nature of the game

Rummy, as offered on Gold Rummy, has been recognised by Indian courts as a game that predominantly involves skill. Outcomes depend on a player's ability to plan, memorise, and make strategic decisions, rather than on chance alone. Gold Rummy does not guarantee winnings, and past results are not indicative of future outcomes.

4. Account registration

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate registration information, including a valid mobile number, and keep it up to date. We may request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, in line with applicable regulations.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

• Deposits can be made through UPI, net banking, or supported cards, subject to platform and payment partner limits.
• Withdrawals are processed to a bank account or UPI ID registered in your own name.
• We may hold or delay a withdrawal while we complete standard verification or fraud checks.
• Bonuses, if offered, are subject to separate terms shown at the time they are credited.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use bots, scripts, or automation tools; collude with other players; exploit software bugs; use the platform for money laundering; or attempt to access another player's account. Any of these may result in suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

7. Fair play

All games run on an independently audited random number generator. Our systems monitor gameplay patterns for signs of collusion or unfair advantage. See our full Fair Play Policy for details.

8. Intellectual property

All trademarks, game designs, graphics, and software on Gold Rummy belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Gold Rummy is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses from gameplay decisions or connectivity issues, except where caused by our gross negligence.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, is used fraudulently, or is linked to a jurisdiction where the platform is not permitted. Funds in a closed account are handled in line with applicable law, minus any amounts withheld for investigation.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first go through our grievance redressal process before other remedies are pursued.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
