Play within your limits
Responsible Gaming
Gold Rummy involves an element of financial risk and may be habit-forming. Play only with money you can afford to lose, and use the tools on this page if your play ever starts to feel out of your control.
Who can play
You must be 18 years or older to create an account and play cash games on Gold Rummy. Real-money tables are not available to residents of the following states, in line with applicable regulations:
Signs to watch for
- Spending more time or money on the platform than you planned.
- Chasing losses by increasing your stakes.
- Borrowing money to deposit, or hiding your play from family.
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or preoccupied with the game between sessions.
If any of this sounds familiar, consider using the tools below, and talk to someone you trust or a qualified counsellor. Taking a break early is always the easier path.
Tools available on your account
- Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can add to your wallet.
- Session reminders: get a notification after a set amount of time playing.
- Cool-off period: temporarily lock your account for a fixed number of days.
- Self-exclusion: close cash-game access for a longer period or permanently.
All of these are available under Account Settings > Responsible Play, or by emailing support@goldrummy.pages.dev and asking us to apply them on your behalf.
Support for players and families
If gaming is affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, we encourage speaking with a qualified counsellor or a doctor. Our support team can also point you toward self-exclusion and account controls at any time, no questions asked.
Our commitment
We do not target advertising at anyone who has self-excluded, we honour cool-off and exclusion requests immediately, and we keep age and state eligibility checks in place at signup and before withdrawals.
